I agree, and I'll also mention that through the magic of alphabetical order, he sat behind me in every homeroom class for four years. Or at least that's the way I remember it.
Got to spend lots of time on the phone with Bubba in his last years..visited him in Memphis before he passed and he came down to Houston to see me and Carolyn Day..lived with him Junior year at UT..great guy!!!
